The RA International Group (the “Group”) was established in 2004 and provides construction, logistics, life support and maintenance services for clientele operating in remote and demanding environments. Its parent company, RA International FZCO (the “Company”), and head office are located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

You may only use this site to browse the content, make inquiries, or remit payment against invoices issued and shall not use this site for any other purposes, including without limitation, to make any speculative, false or fraudulent purchase. Payments
All transactions will be processed in United States Dollar (USD). Payments may only be initiated against approved customer invoices issued by the Company. Once processed, payments are non-refundable.
Credit Card
We encourage our customers to make payments via electronic fund transfer to the bank details stated on the approved customer invoice, but with prior approval from the Company we may accept MasterCard or Visa credit cards. To contact the Group regarding approval to pay via credit card please email payments@raints.com.
Security Policy
- We host our website in a secure server environment that uses firewalls and other advanced security measures to prevent interference or access from outside intruders.
- The information you give to us that is stored on or passes through our systems is protected. Encryption is used to protect the personal information you give us.
- We do not process credit card transactions directly. All credit card transactions are undertaken via our approved third-party payment gateway. No credit card details are stored on our website. Our payment gateway uses the strictest form of encryption, namely Secure Socket Layer 3 (SSL3).
- We take reasonable steps to secure your payment information and use a payment system that is sufficiently secure with reference to accepted technological standards at the time of the transaction and the type of the transaction concerned

Law
The Conditions will be exclusively governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates whose Courts will have exclusive jurisdiction in any dispute, save that we have the right, at our sole discretion, to commence and pursue proceedings in alternative jurisdictions.

I understand that all the designs and trademarks are registered to RA International FZCO and hereby accept the terms and conditions. I undertake not to copy/duplicate the trademarks, text, or images directly or indirectly in anyway and understand the legal implications thereof. Should I be found to be in violation of this agreement I understand that I will be held liable for all legal costs incurred by RA International FZCO for any civil action or any legal action deemed necessary against me.
